REFUND POLICY


The contents hereof shall constitute Bengaluru FC’s cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Services rendered on the Website (“Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service provided on this Website. Other than as expressly stated herein, in no event shall Bengaluru FC refund any amount paid by you.


  1. IF PRODUCTS RECEIVED BY YOU IS IN DAMAGED CONDITION AND YOU WANT A REFUND.Bengaluru FC works hard with its partners to ensure that every Product ordered by you is sent to you in perfect condition but occasionally we know that things can get lost or damaged.We ask every customer to inspect their Product(s) on arrival to check for any flaws in the Product(s),so please keep all of the original packaging and authenticity certificates until you are satisfied that Product received is in good condition. We cannot accept any Product(s) back unless they are in their original packaging. Only in cases where the original package delivered to you is in a damaged condition, we will accept new packaging.In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please email photographs of the damaged Product(s) to shop@bengalurufc.com quoting your order number and using the subject line ‘Damaged Goods’ and state whether you are seeking a refund or store credit. We will arrange a courier to pick up your re-packaged Products and will then email you with the details of when the pickup will occur.

    Please print out the returns label from the email we send to you and hand it to courier representative or affix it to the side of your package. Note that our courier will make one attempt to pick up your package, after which it will be your responsibility and cost to return the package to the address that we provide in the email. In case we do not receive any notification of delivery of Products in damaged condition on the same day of delivery (either from you or any person on your behalf), the Product(s) shall be deemed to have been received in good condition. Further, any and all packages not signed for but accepted are considered to be purchased Product(s) received in good condition. It is mandatory that the Product(s) returned by you must not be used in any manner whatsoever. If a Product has been used, Bengaluru FC will not accept the return of such Product.

    If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within 3 days of confirmation of receiving your returned Product.The refund amount will credited to your account within 7-14 working days from the date of credit confirmation from our end. This is the usual time frame taken by the banks & payment gateways to process the refund credits internally.
    In case, you have paid using COD options and requesting refund subsequently, our team will have to request you to furnish your bank account details to which the refund has to be credited. Upon receipt of the returned product, we shall initiate the bank transfer and it may take between 3-5 working days for the amount to the credited.

  2. REFUNDS IN CASE OF WRONG SHIPMENTIf you receive a Product which you have not ordered, then simply email us at shop@bengalurufc.com with your order number, photograph of the Product(s) received , stating that you received the wrong Product(s) and you would like to return the Product(s) for a full refund or store credit. We will arrange for a courier to pick up your order at no cost to you after suitable verification and confirmation by us. You must send us an email on the same day of delivery of the Product(s) failing which it shall be deemed to be the correct Product(s) ordered by you and Bengaluru FC shall not be liable to accept it nor refund any amount paid by you.Please print out the returns label from the email we send to you and hand it to your courier representative or affix to the side of your package. Note that our courier will make one attempt to pick up your package, after which it will be your responsibility and cost to return the package to the address that we provide in the email.

REFUNDS IN CASE THE RIGHT PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROM OUR END BUT YOU STILL WANT TO RETURNOur flexible Return Policy allows you to return the product within 14 workings days from the date of receipt. Simply email us at shop@bengalurufc.com with your order number stating that you want to return the Product(s). Our team will arrange for a courier to pick up your order after suitable verification and confirmation by us. It is mandatory that the Product(s) returned by you must not be used in any manner whatsoever. If a Product has been used, Bengaluru FC will not accept the return of such Product.
