Shipping policy

When will my order by delivered?

Orders will be delivered within 15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays) from the date of order placement for both customised and non-customised products. 
Customised orders that include special characters will be delivered within 21 business days due to the additional time required for character design.
 
Are there any additional shipping charges?
There is a flat Rs 75 shipping fee on all the orders.
 
How do I track my order?
We currently do not offer order tracking, but rest assured your order will be delivered as per the timelines shared above. If there are any delays, please feel free to reach out to us at shop@bengalurufc.com
